Hotel & Guest House

The hotel is a beautiful luxury 50-bedroom flagship hotel, which will be managed by a large hotel management group and marketed worldwide via their luxury brands. We have been in discussions with the Head of Accor Hotel Group South America about using their Sofitel Hotel brand, and about them managing the hotel.

The 40m² Luxury Hotel rooms are being sold at R$419,700 (£69,950), and are offering a

2-year rental assurance of 15% per annum (£10,492.50 per annum), paid semi-annually. Details of the hotel are as follows:

• Gross Development Value (GDV) of the Hotel & Guest House area will be R$ 54,852,000 (R$ 9,142,000).

• 50 luxury rooms (40 Luxury rooms of 40m², 6 grand suites of 60m², 2 superior suites of 90m² and 2 deluxe suites of 120m², each with additional bathroom and balcony space.

• 5-star restaurant, bar and concierge facilities. The themes will fit in with the Resort and have plant and water features.

• Internal swimming pool

• Luxury 14-bedroom guest house with en-suites/walk-in wardrobes, with large swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and cinema room, with amazing views providing an amazing overflow from hotel (already under construction). This Guest House is ideal for weddings and large groups.

• Gross Development Value (GDV) of the Guest House will be R$12,852,000 (£2,142,000).

• Gross Development Value (GDV) of the Hotel will be R$42,000,000 (£7,000,000).
